Customer

• The CUSTOMER is only granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license for use, allowing: Store, display and print the illustration for personal or decorative purposes;• THE CUSTOMER IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED:
- Resell, redistribute, license, modify, or use the illustration for Commercial purposes;
- Use the work in products, campaigns, logos, brands, NFTs or any other means for profit, without written authorization from the ARTIST, as well as AI training;• The CUSTOMER may request adjustments within the previously agreed limit (up to 3 revisions);• The CUSTOMER is responsible for providing correct information and adequate references to execute the order;• By hiring me, you agree to the terms of service and use;• The contractor must provide a contact email to forwarding of the work.

Artist

• The ARTIST retains full moral and economic copyright over the work;• The ARTIST may publish the illustration in portfolios, social networks and promotional materials, respecting the CLIENT's privacy, unless expressly requested otherwise;• The ARTIST may cancel the service in exceptional situations, refunding the amounts received in full;• THE ARTIST undertakes to deliver the work according to the agreed specifications, within the estimated deadline;• My work(s) cannot be used as NFTs or to train any type of lA;• I reserve the right to modify and resell any sketches rejected as 'pre-submitted' at a later date;• I have the right to refuse work that I believe is outside my standards/rules or that is beyond my current capabilities;• I am NOT a full time artist, when hiring me, the client will be aware of possible delays to/with the completion of the work;

Services and Procedure

• The service provided consists of original and personalized artistic creation, made to order, in digital format;• The service does not include physical printing, framing or mailing;
The final product will be delivered in digital format (e.g: PNG, JPG or PDF) electronically (email) ONLY after full payment;• Once the creative process begins, there will be no refunds;

Payment

• The start of execution is subject to partial/full payment;• Payments are non-refundable after creation begins, unless canceled by the ARTIST;• Payment only via PayPal;
